How much do you cost?

Every enquiry is quoted according to its location, timings and specific requirements, however, our adamTHOMAS Package Options range from £850 to £2,950 depending on your chosen format. Fill out our 'Bespoke Quote' form on the 'Fees' page for an exact price.

What is included in the price?

The package that you have chosen plus a professional Kv2/Logic sound system, intelligent stage lighting/effects and suitable, professionally mixed music to be played before, during breaks and at the end of the performances.

How long will you play for?

adamTHOMAS::SOLO performance is 90 minutes (3 x 30 minutes or 2 x 45 minutes.) adamTHOMAS with Band/Dancers/The Full Worx plays for 120 minutes (3 x 40 minutes or 2 x 60 minutes.) However, if required, playing times can be increased at an extra cost.

When do you expect payment?

We require a £300 deposit for adamTHOMAS::SOLO and all other package options have variable deposit amounts necessary to secure your booking (this would be detailed within the contract). Deposits can be paid by cheque or bank transfer. The balance becomes due one calendar month prior to the event.

Are you registered for VAT?

We are not VAT registered and therefore do not add VAT to the prices shown.

Can you provide background music?

Yes we can. This is an optional extra called our ‘DJ Service’ for up to three and a half hours, with prices starting from as little as £150!

What is a ‘Rider’?

A rider is a list of what a professional act requires to perform or make an appearance. It ‘RIDES’ or is attached to your adamTHOMAS contract but is applicable for CORPORATE bookings only (not private bookings).

Are the ‘Ride’ terms negotiable?

Absolutely! MOST ITEMS ARE HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE based on client and venue constraints, limitations and restrictions. The riders are intended to provide an ideal environment for the talent to provide their very best performance. However, often circumstances render rider clauses inapplicable or inappropriate for a given event (particularly private, social events.)It is recommended that your venue representative or event planner contacts our office directly to determine which aspects of the contract rider will and will not apply to your particular event/venue.

How long will it take to set up the show?

It is important that adamTHOMAS and his crew have enough time to load in, set up and sound check prior to guest arrival or return to the room. As a general rule of thumb, please allow between one and two hours depending on which package you have chosen. During this time it is required that the crew has a clear and reasonable path to the stage, and that the staging and power be ready and accessible prior to their arrival.

What about changing rooms?

Adam is not a diva and does not require any special treatment, however, clean, dry, private and secure (lockable) changing facilities are vital.

What are your power requirements?

A minimum of 2 x 32amp or 1 x 32amp 3 phase supply or 4 separate 13amp sockets (standard wall sockets, not extension leads) each on separate ring main with 32amp breakers! This can sometimes be a problem in marquee receptions where insufficient power has been arranged for the entertainment so please be aware of this when consulting your venue. But remember, we can always scale down the amount of equipment used if power is an issue.

We will require secure parking within close proximity to the venue and easy access to the stage/performance area.

Do you have insurance and other relevant health and safety certificates?

Yes. Our equipment is PAT tested every 12 months, our star cloth systems are fire proof and we have Public Liability cover for up to £10 million. If you need to view or print the relevant documents and certificates then please go to ‘Downloads’.

Do you charge for overnight accommodation and travel?

Overnight accommodation and travel expenses, where necessary, will be included in the price that we quote to you. There are no hidden extras once your booking has been confirmed. Click the link on the left for a ‘Bespoke Quote’.

Do we need to provide food and/or refreshments?

Water, soft drinks, tea/coffee and a simple meal are part of our terms and conditions.

Can I see a live performance?

Unfortunately almost all of our performances are at corporate events, private parties and weddings so this can be difficult, however, sometimes there are public appearances and ticket-only events that you could attend. Please take a look through the online calendar on the ‘Dates’ page for further details - the events which are open to the public have orange asterixes next to them. Of course, you can listen to songs and watch videos on this site too, if you are unable to catch a live show.

Can I make song requests?

Yes. The setlist on the 'downloads' page details the songs that are currently in Adam’s set. If, however, you would like to request a song that doesn't appear on the set list, you may submit your request to info@adamTHOMASonline.com. Please give as much notice as possible so that we may have time to prepare the song. Song requests must be received no later than 2 weeks before the date of engagement. Remember, you can always provide a CD/mp3 file containing the song which we can play for your ‘First Dance’ at your wedding.

My event is overseas?

Not a problem! Adam is very often required to travel all over the world to perform at weddings, product launches and corporate events so if your event is, shall we say, a little out of the norm or in foreign climes then simply give us a call or fill out the 'bespoke quote' form and we'll get back to you promptly.
